The world awaits Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury eagerly. The fight will certainly take place, somewhere in mid-2021. The title unification bout for the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world might probably even turn out to be career defining for both the fighters, as both are in their primes.

And, when it comes to being in shape, Tyson Fury is no stranger to letting it loose, once the fight season gets over. He was recently seen diving into a beach, completely out of shape, looking all flabby and bloated.

‘You see Fury jumping in the sea, (he) looked like me’ – Eddie Hearn to Anthony Joshua

Speaking about this in SecondsOut YouTube channel, Matchroom Boxing CEO and Anthony Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearn said, “I said to ‘AJ’ the other day, ‘You see Fury jumping in the sea, (he) looked like me’. The response from ‘AJ’ was – ‘We’re going to get the best Tyson Fury. So, I don’t care if he’s carrying a little bit of weight now, I’m training for the best ever Tyson Fury.’”

Anthony Joshua is absolutely right. This is very typical of Tyson Fury. Once the fight is announced, the undefeated boxer from Manchester, amps up his training rituals, and gets back in shape.

AJ, on the other hand, is fresh off his knockout victory over Kubrat Pulev, as recently as December 12, 2020. Hearn even revealed that Joshua hasn’t stopped training since the Pulev fight.
